1. Controller and contact

The controller for personal data processed through this website is:

BIAISI GmbH
Adam-Opel-Str. 7–11
60386 Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Email: kontakt@biaisi-gmbh.de
WhatsApp: +852 6956 0043

You may also send privacy requests by post to the address above. Company details appear in our legal notice.

2. Website access and hosting

The website is hosted through Netlify. Delivering and protecting it involves processing technical connection data, including IP address, access time, requested URL, browser and device information and, where available, the referring page.

The purposes are secure and reliable delivery, troubleshooting and prevention of misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our legitimate interest in secure website operation. The hosting recipient is Netlify, Inc. See the Netlify Privacy Policy and its data-processing information.

3. Enquiries and contact forms

We process the details you submit, such as company, contact person, email address, service requested, destination country and project description. Forms use Netlify Forms: submissions are transmitted to that service for receipt and provision of the enquiry. The configuration includes a hidden honeypot field for spam prevention.

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare proposals and explore cooperation. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where necessary for a contract with you or steps you request before a contract. For enquiries made on behalf of a company, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR generally applies: our legitimate interest in handling business communications. Spam prevention serves our legitimate interest in keeping contact channels operational.

Providing information is voluntary. Without fields indicated as required, the form cannot be sent or the enquiry may not be handled adequately. Please do not initially send identity documents, passwords or sensitive personal information. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

4. Email and WhatsApp

Our domain email is provided through Dynadot. Email enquiries involve sender and recipient addresses, message content, attachments where supplied and technical delivery data. The purposes and legal bases are those described for enquiries. See Dynadot’s privacy information.

WhatsApp is provided as an external link. Following it opens the external service; no WhatsApp chat widget is embedded in our contact pages. Using the service can involve your telephone number, profile information, messages and communication data. WhatsApp Ireland Limited provides the service for users in the European Economic Area. Its own processing is described in the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp is optional: you can instead contact us by email or post. Before sending confidential documents, please agree a suitable transfer method with us.

5. Recipients and international processing

Potential recipients for website operation and handling enquiries include authorised staff and technical hosting, form and email providers. External professional advisers or project partners must be assessed separately according to the particular assignment and necessary data.

International providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. The linked provider privacy and contractual information describes their processing. For questions about recipients or international transfers relating to your enquiry, please contact kontakt@biaisi-gmbh.de.

6. Website technology and external links

Stylesheets, the website’s own scripts and images are served through this website. External links may take you to other providers. When you follow a link, the destination provider’s privacy information applies to your use of that service.

These contact forms do not register you for a newsletter. No WhatsApp chat widget is embedded on the contact pages; WhatsApp is opened through an external link.

7. Retention

Enquiry information is retained to handle the enquiry and necessary follow-up. Once that purpose ends, information should no longer be retained unless statutory retention duties, a specific evidential need or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims require it. If a contract results, the retention rules applicable to the relevant business records also apply.

Retention depends on the type of information, its processing purpose and applicable statutory obligations. To ask about a particular enquiry’s retention or request deletion, use the contact details above.

8. Your rights and complaints

Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and portability (Article 20 GDPR). Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Objection: You may object to processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Article 21). You may object to direct marketing at any time.

You may complain to a data-protection authority, particularly where you habitually reside, work or believe an infringement occurred (Article 77). For a company based in Frankfurt am Main, a relevant authority is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

9. Updates

This notice is intended to reflect the website and its actual processing. Changes to forms, providers, analytics or responsibilities require a further review and, where necessary, an update to this notice.
