Do you operate your warehouse and showroom?
Our German warehouse and showroom are operated by us. Storage conditions, display arrangements, appointments and fees are agreed according to the goods and service scope.
What do your address services cover?
Business address use, mail receipt and forwarding, and agreed secretarial coordination. Suitability for registration or a particular purpose must be checked for the specific address and local requirements.
Do you support both industrial property sales and lettings?
Yes. We support introductions for freehold industrial property sales and purchases, and premises for rent. Searches and viewings are coordinated around location, use, size, budget and transaction requirements.
Which countries are covered for company acquisitions?
Enquiries may cover Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, Portugal, Czechia and Poland, among other European countries. Each project is assessed before the transaction scope is agreed.
