German warehousing
Our own German warehouse supports receipt, storage and dispatch coordination. For brands, suppliers and sellers that need stock in Germany, samples for demonstrations or a local point for returns. Local stock can support repeated buyer visits and order preparation without arranging a new shipment from China each time.
How we can support you
A German base for your stock and samples
Before arrival, we review packaging, dimensions, weight, volume and dispatch requirements. Receipt records, storage and release instructions are agreed in advance. Return receipt and condition recording do not automatically include testing or repair.
Practical questions
What information is needed before goods arrive?
Provide an SKU or goods list, quantities, packed dimensions and weight, condition, expected arrival date and storage or dispatch needs. Identify battery-powered, hazardous, oversized or special-storage goods separately. Do not send goods until acceptance is confirmed.
How should I compare warehousing quotations?
Use the same goods and handling scope when comparing receipt, storage, dispatch, additional handling and returns charges. Clarify when charges start, minimum charges, separate transport costs and operations requiring approval. Specific prices follow a review of the requirement.
Can samples, saleable stock and returns be handled together?
You can discuss a combined requirement, with separate records for purpose and condition. Display samples, saleable goods and returns awaiting assessment should remain distinguishable. Testing, repair and repacking require a separately agreed scope.
Can storage connect with showroom or exhibition services?
Sample receipt, storage, presentation and event handover can be discussed together. Share quantities, event or display dates, transport responsibilities and whether goods should return to storage or go to a buyer afterwards.
